We treat every rental individually. At first we want to learn about the needs of the client: amount of simulators, duration, type of the event. Next we prepare the programme and visualization of branding of the simulator, cars/track in game. After approval of our suggestion we move to final pricing with transport costs. For our regular customers we have prepared special discounts and conditions of our services. We’d like to encourage event agencies, creative agencies and media houses to cooperate with us.
We’ll come to you and take care of everything, so you and your guests can focus on the experience.
RENTAL OFFER INCLUDES:
- technical preparation of our area
- installation of the simulators
- installation of an additional screen for leaderboards
- technical support of our area
- chief engineer and staffs with experienced esports driving
- managing tournaments/”time attack” challenges (judging, 1on1 draws, achieving goals)
- Presentation to be leaded by event organizer or our announcer (CEO)
- deinstallation after the event
- cleaning up of the area
